Windermere Real Estate/ Oak Tree, Inc. began in 1988, in its present location. It is well located, being off of Aurora - one of the main North/South roads in Seattle, and near Northgate - the main hub of North Seattle. It is also very close to the Interstate 5 freeway. It is in a beautiful modern red brick shopping center. The building we are in is all on one level, and has abundant parking.
Originally over 26 agents worked here. We have grown each year, and now there are nearly 70 agents. We have an excellent support staff, and the latest computers and equipment. We expanded the facility in 1994, almost doubling the physical size of the office. In 2006 we did a top to bottom remodel, incorporating the latest interior decorating design, and technological advances.
